Loggia finishing

Loggia Finishing in Riga

Logi24 provides interior finishing for glazed loggias in Riga and the surrounding area. Three materials are available: PVC panels, fine-grain mineral decorative render and microcement. Each option is offered at a fixed price for loggias approximately 3 or 6 metres long.

Before work begins, a specialist inspects and measures the loggia and assesses the condition of the substrate. This makes it possible to select the most suitable material and determine whether wall levelling, removal of the existing finish or any other additional work will be required.

Loggia Finishing Prices

The price depends on the selected material and the length of the loggia. Click on a price to view the detailed description.

Three Finishing Options

Glazed loggia with PVC panel wall finishing

PVC Panels

A ready-made decorative finish with a consistent pattern. The panels are installed on battens, allowing them to conceal uneven walls without extensive levelling. Installation usually takes one day.

Fine-Grain Mineral Render

A genuine mineral finish with an even 1–1.5 mm textured grain rather than a coarse exterior render. It offers a warm, natural colour palette and helps make minor substrate irregularities less noticeable.

Loggia with seamless microcement wall finishing

Microcement

A smooth, seamless coating only 2–3 mm thick, with subtle tonal variations. Available in a grey concrete palette or almost any RAL colour. A sufficiently even substrate is required.

Mineral Render or Microcement

Both materials are mineral-based, applied by hand and produce an individual finish. The main difference is the character of the surface, which generally affects the choice more than colour because both materials can be tinted to a selected shade.

Fine-Grain Mineral Render — Texture

The 1–1.5 mm grain creates a softly textured surface. Light and shadow add depth, giving the finish a natural and tactile appearance. The texture makes minor wall irregularities less noticeable, so full surface levelling is often unnecessary.

Suitable when the walls are not completely even and you want a natural mineral finish with a warm character.

Microcement — Smoothness

The surface has almost no pronounced relief. Its depth comes from subtle tonal variations and light trowel marks. The coating creates a concrete effect and is only 2–3 mm thick. It follows the geometry of the wall and may highlight imperfections.

Suitable when the substrate is even and you want a modern, minimalist appearance.

Which Option Suits Your Loggia?

The walls are uneven and you need a fast, cost-effective solution

Choose PVC panels. Installation on battens conceals substrate defects without extensive wet trades. The work can usually be completed in one day, and the 12 available designs include concrete, stone and wood effects. This is the most economical option, starting from €699.

You want a natural material, but the walls are not completely even

A suitable choice is fine-grain mineral decorative render. It is a genuine mineral coating with a hand-finished texture, while the fine relief helps make minor irregularities less visible. A warm, natural colour range is available, with prices starting from €849.

The walls are even and you want a concrete effect

Choose microcement. It creates a smooth, seamless surface only 2–3 mm thick and is available in a grey palette or almost any RAL colour. Microcement requires an even substrate, so additional wall levelling is calculated separately when necessary. Prices start from €999.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which option is best for uneven walls?

PVC panels or fine-grain mineral decorative render. PVC panels are installed on battens and conceal wall defects structurally. The texture of the mineral render makes minor irregularities less noticeable. Microcement is applied in a thin layer and follows the geometry of the wall, so it requires an even substrate.

What is the difference between microcement and fine-grain mineral render?

Microcement creates a smooth, seamless surface with subtle tonal variations and a concrete effect. Fine-grain mineral decorative render produces an even textured finish with a 1–1.5 mm grain. Microcement costs €150 more and requires a more even substrate, while the mineral render is better at making minor wall imperfections less visible.

How do I know whether my loggia is 3 or 6 metres long?

Use the length of the glazed section as a guide. In standard apartment buildings, a loggia adjoining one room is usually approximately 3 metres long, while a loggia extending along two rooms is usually approximately 6 metres long. The exact dimensions will be confirmed during measurement. If the length falls between the two standard sizes, the price will be recalculated.

Can I choose the colour of the finish?

Yes. PVC panels are available in 12 standard designs. Microcement and mineral decorative render can be tinted, with almost any catalogue colour available. The final shade is confirmed using a physical sample.

What is included in the listed price?

The price includes loggia wall finishing: measurement, advice on material selection, materials, substrate preparation within the agreed scope, professional installation and final treatment. Floor and ceiling finishing, insulation, electrical work and extensive wall levelling are not included in the basic price.

How long does the work take?

PVC panels can usually be installed in one day. Mineral decorative render and microcement are applied in several layers, and each layer requires drying time, so the work takes several days. The exact schedule is confirmed after measurement.

When is the final price confirmed?

The final price is confirmed after inspection and measurement, once the condition of the substrate, the required preparation and any additional work are known. The listed prices apply to standard loggias with walls in normal condition.

Important

The listed prices include wall finishing for a standard glazed loggia. Floor and ceiling finishing, insulation, electrical work, extensive substrate levelling and complex removal of the existing finish are calculated separately. The final offer is confirmed after measurement.
