6 m loggia finishing with microcement in Riga

Logi24 finishes the walls of glazed loggias approximately 6 metres long with microcement — a seamless mineral coating with a hand-applied texture. The price for a standard 6 m loggia is €1599.

Microcement is applied by hand in thin layers, giving every surface an individual pattern. Light trowel marks, soft colour transitions and a matt or satin finish create the look of natural concrete without an artificial feel.

On a long 6 m loggia, the benefit of a seamless finish is especially clear: the wall remains continuous, without a row of panel joints or a repeating printed pattern.

Please note: the price applies to a standard glazed loggia with walls in normal condition. The final quotation is confirmed after measurement because the substrate, reveals and junctions can affect the amount of preparation required.

Benefits of microcement

One continuous long wall

There are no material joints along the full six-metre wall.

Individual texture

Hand application creates unique tonal transitions and light trowel marks.

Space saving

A 2–3 mm layer takes less space than panels on 10–15 mm battens.

Freedom of colour

The shade can be matched to the floor, windows and apartment interior.

Easy zoning

One background unites work, relaxation and storage zones.

Contemporary solution

Suitable for Minimalist, Scandinavian, Japandi, Contemporary and Loft interiors.

Microcement or PVC panels

Logi24 offers both options. Each serves a different purpose, so the comparison helps you choose according to wall condition, timing and the desired appearance.

Criterion Microcement PVC panels
Surface Genuine mineral coating applied by hand Ready-made decor with an even, predictable pattern
Appearance on a long wall Continuous surface across all 6 metres Joints and the repeating pattern remain visible

Best choice when Texture, individuality and a seamless surface matter A fast, neat result within a defined budget is needed

Better relative value on a larger loggia

The difference between microcement and panels is €300 for both 3 m and 6 m loggias. On six metres this equals €50 per linear metre, so the relative upgrade cost is half as much.

If the loggia walls are uneven

PVC panels are installed on battens and can hide an uneven substrate without wet levelling work.

Microcement is only 2–3 mm thick and follows the wall geometry. If the substrate is uneven, it must first be levelled; this work, time and cost are calculated separately.

During measurement, the specialist assesses the substrate and recommends the most practical solution.

Microcement on a six-metre loggia

A six-metre loggia is often divided into work, relaxation and storage zones. A seamless background unites them and avoids emphasising the narrow, elongated geometry.

Microcement works well with wood, glass, metal, stone, porcelain tiles and modern window systems. A neutral background lets you change furniture and decor without redoing the walls.

Frequently asked questions

How much does microcement wall finishing cost for a 6 m loggia?

€1599 for a standard glazed loggia. The exact quotation is confirmed after measurement; extensive wall levelling is calculated separately.

Is microcement suitable for a loggia?

Yes. The seamless 2–3 mm coating preserves usable space and creates a continuous wall surface.

Can I choose any colour?

Yes. Choose from popular colours or request an individual RAL or NCS shade.

Will joints be visible?

Microcement creates a continuous coating without panel joints.

Will every loggia look identical?

No. The coating is applied by hand, so the texture and tonal transitions are individual.

How is microcement different from PVC panels?

Microcement is a thin mineral coating with a hand-applied texture. Panels are a faster ready-made solution and hide uneven walls more easily; their price for a 6 m loggia is €1299.

Must the walls be levelled?

The substrate must be sufficiently even. The need and scope of levelling are determined during inspection.

How is the surface cleaned?

After sealing, clean it gently with a soft damp cloth and no abrasive or aggressive chemicals.

How long does the work take?

Several layers are applied and each must dry. The exact schedule is confirmed after measurement.
