Delivery

Delivery within Latvia

We take especially great care when it comes to our delivery service. We want to make sure that the new doors or windows reach you in perfect condition: clean and without any faults, dents, chips or other defects. Your order is transported on specially-designed vehicles. Delivery time within Riga starts from 1 day, and within Latvia, from 3 days (depending on stock availability).

 

Delivery costs

  • Delivery of fixtures, fittings, and small products to Omniva parcel collection stations - from €3

  • Delivery within Riga - €25.00. Free delivery on orders over €1500.00

  • Delivery anywhere in Latvia - €40.00. Free delivery on orders over €1500.00

Delivery to your address

If you choose to have your items delivered to your home, they will be delivered within the time frame specified next to the selected item. Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in multiple separate parcels. We’ll inform you about this separately. This does not affect the total cost of delivery.

 

Deliveries are carried out on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00. If you want the delivery driver to contact you in advance, please let us know when placing the order.

 

Custom Courier Services

1. If the total weight of your order is no more than 30 kg, the courier delivers the parcel to the Buyer/Recipient and unloads it in the closest safe residential location (i.e. carries it through the front doors of the apartment, house or garage, but not into any of the rooms or into the backyard/garden). In this case, it’s not necessary to order any additional handling services.Attention! If your order contains large and heavy items, or if the item must be placed on a tray, regardless if it weighs no more than 30 kg, the order will not be carried in by the delivery driver.

 

2. The courier service covers parcels from 31.5 kg to 300 kg, and one parcel cannot exceed 80 kg.

 

3. If any of the items in your order weigh more than 30 kg (for example, large appliances, furniture, building materials, etc.), the delivery driver will only help to unload the large items from the vehicle, but they will not help carry the items to the desired location.

 

4. If the weight of your order is between 31.5 kg and 80 kg, we recommend ordering the optional unloading and handling service for an additional €19.99. Unloading will be done by two of our courier-loaders.ATTENTION! Courier delivery to your door is only available within Riga, Liepaja, Ventspils, Valmiera, Gulbene, Rezekne, Jekabpils and Daugavpils.

 

5. Unloading and handling service will not be provided if the total weight of the order exceeds 300 kg.Delivery and unloading of such shipments is performed only by a heavy goods vehicle to the address specified by you. You will need to guarantee that the truck will be able to reach the specified unloading location, otherwise your items will not be delivered. Deliveries are only carried out on weekdays before 16:00. This service is not available after 16:00. It’s not possible to select a desired delivery time interval when you choose this service.

 

Delivery to parcel collection stations and pick-up points

If you choose to have your order delivered to Omniva parcel collection stations or DPD pick-up points, you will find the delivery time next to your selected item.

Attention! Delivery to Omniva collection stations or DPD pick-up points can be chosen only for items marked “online only” and the items must match the size and weight requirements. For Omniva: no more than 39 x 38 x 64 cm, and no more than 30 kg. For DPD, no more than 61 x 44 x 37 cm, and no more than 30 kg.
