The insulated door leaf is clad in galvanised steel with a PVC finish and comes with a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is optional with THERMO 64/78. Seven designs: WELS 1–5 and WELS 7 each have 18 official visuals; WELS 6 has 15.

Technical information

Construction and thermal insulation

THERMO HOT 88 — 88 mm leaf, Ud from 0.60 W/(m²·K). THERMO HOT 78 — 78 mm leaf, Ud from 0.63 W/(m²·K). THERMO 78 — 78 mm leaf, Ud from 0.64 W/(m²·K). THERMO 64 — 64 mm leaf, Ud from 0.77 W/(m²·K).

Door leaf construction

The door leaf has a PUR core, a weather-resistant composite leaf frame and 0.6 mm galvanised steel cladding with a PVC finish.

Dimensions

Made-to-measure door dimensions including the frame: 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm, in 10 mm increments. For WELS in standard width 90, the glass within the decorative panel measures 1200 × 50 mm.

Opening and hardware

Standard hardware includes 3 adjustable 3D hinges with covers, 4 anti-lift bolts, a three-point multipoint lock and thermally insulating escutcheons.

Design and glazing

LABEL BLACK and LABEL INOX decorative panels are available in 2 mm thickness. Four-pane glazing units have an external toughened ESG pane and a black spacer bar.

Additional options

A thermally insulated aluminium threshold; aluminium or steel frames are available.

The Ud value depends on the selected construction. Final specifications, dimensions, handing and hardware are confirmed in the quotation.
