The insulated door leaf has galvanised steel cladding with a PVC finish and a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and available as an option for THERMO 64/78. Choose from six designs with a LABEL BLACK or LABEL INOX decorative panel, made-to-measure sizes and four THERMO constructions.

Construction and thermal insulation

THERMO HOT 88 — 88 mm door leaf, Ud from 0.60 W/(m²·K). THERMO HOT 78 — Ud from 0.63 W/(m²·K). THERMO 78 — Ud from 0.64 W/(m²·K). THERMO 64 — Ud from 0.77 W/(m²·K).

Door leaf construction

Door leaf with PUR insulation, a weather-resistant composite leaf frame and 0.6 mm galvanised steel cladding with a PVC finish.

Sizes

Made-to-measure doorset, including the frame: 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm, in 10 mm increments. For standard width 90, with heights as specified in the manufacturer's size tables, the glass size within the panel is 50 × 1200 mm.

Opening and hardware

Three 3D-adjustable hinges with covers, four anti-lift bolts, a three-point multipoint lock and thermally insulating covers.

Design and glazing

2 mm decorative panel: LABEL BLACK or LABEL INOX. Four-pane insulating glass unit with an outer toughened ESG pane and a black spacer bar.

Additional options

Thermally insulated aluminium threshold; aluminium or steel frames are available.
