The insulated door leaf has galvanised steel cladding with a PVC finish and a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is optional for THERMO 64/78. Four designs with STAMP ROLLER detailing, 18 finishes and official images of each configuration.

Technical information

Construction and thermal insulation

Available constructions are THERMO HOT 88, THERMO HOT 78, THERMO 78 and THERMO 64, with door leaf thicknesses of 88, 78, 78 and 64 mm respectively. The final Ud value for LUTTER depends on the selected construction and frame.

Door leaf construction

The door leaf has PUR insulation, a weather-resistant composite leaf frame and 0.6 mm galvanised steel cladding with a PVC finish.

Dimensions

Made-to-measure doorset dimensions, including the frame: 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm, in 10 mm increments. Height adjustment is not available for LUTTER 1, which also has a maximum-width restriction.

Opening direction and hardware

3 adjustable 3D hinges, 4 anti-lift bolts, a multipoint lock with three locking points and thermal insulating cover plates.

Design and finish

STAMP ROLLER — embossed detailing on both sides of the door leaf cladding, 25 mm wide and 2 mm deep. An unglazed collection.

Additional options

Thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium or steel frame is available depending on the construction, along with the options listed in the catalogue. Pull-handle restrictions apply to LUTTER 1 and LUTTER 2; final compatibility is confirmed in your quote.
