The insulated door leaf is clad in galvanised steel with a PVC finish and complemented by a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is an option for THERMO 64/78. Choose from five designs with LABEL BLACK or LABEL INOX decorative panels, made-to-measure sizes and four THERMO constructions.

Construction and thermal insulation

THERMO HOT 88 — 88 mm door leaf, Ud from 0.60 W/(m²·K). THERMO HOT 78 — Ud from 0.63 W/(m²·K). THERMO 78 — Ud from 0.64 W/(m²·K). THERMO 64 — Ud from 0.77 W/(m²·K).

Door leaf construction

Door leaf with PUR insulation, a weather-resistant composite leaf frame and 0.6 mm galvanised steel cladding with a PVC finish.

Dimensions

Made-to-measure doorset dimensions, including the frame: 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm, in 10 mm increments. For standard width 90, the glass dimensions within the panel are 50 × 1600 mm.

Opening and specification

Three 3D-adjustable hinges with covers, four anti-lift bolts, a multipoint lock with three locking points and thermal insulation covers.

Design and glazing

A 2 mm decorative panel in LABEL BLACK or LABEL INOX. A four-pane insulating glass unit with an outer pane of ESG toughened glass and a black spacer bar.

Additional options

Thermally insulated aluminium threshold; aluminium or steel frames are available.
