The insulated door leaf is clad in galvanised steel with a PVC coating and features a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is available as an option for THERMO 64/78. The series offers 12 designs with narrow glazing and LABEL decorative elements. Construction and thermal insulation
THERMO HOT 88 — door leaf 88 mm, Ud from 0.60 W/(m²·K). THERMO HOT 78 — door leaf 78 mm, Ud from 0.63 W/(m²·K). THERMO 78 — door leaf 78 mm, Ud from 0.64 W/(m²·K). THERMO 64 — door leaf 64 mm, Ud from 0.77 W/(m²·K).
Door leaf construction
Door leaf with PUR insulation, a weather-resistant composite leaf frame and 0.6 mm galvanised steel cladding with a PVC coating.
Dimensions
Made-to-measure door dimensions including the frame: 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm, in 10 mm increments. LANGEN glazing area for standard width 90: 50 × 1600 mm.
Opening and hardware
Adjustable three-pin 3D hinge.
Design and glazing
LABEL BLACK or LABEL INOX, 18 decorative finishes. The stated infill options include opaque black, graphite, Reflex, one-way mirror glass, black, sandblasted and clear glass, as well as switchable frosted options.
Additional options
Aluminium or steel frame. THERMO HOT uses an aluminium frame with a thermally insulated aluminium threshold; THERMO uses a galvanised steel frame with a thermally insulated threshold.
