The insulated door leaf has PVC-coated galvanised steel cladding and a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is optional for THERMO 64/78. Choose from three designs with horizontal glazing, 18 illustrated configurations per design and three decorative panel finishes.

Construction and insulation

THERMO HOT 88 — 88 mm door leaf, Ud from 0.60 W/(m²·K). THERMO HOT 78 — 78 mm door leaf, Ud from 0.63 W/(m²·K). THERMO 78 — 78 mm door leaf, Ud from 0.64 W/(m²·K). THERMO 64 — 64 mm door leaf, Ud from 0.77 W/(m²·K).

Door leaf construction

The door leaf has a PUR core, a weather-resistant composite leaf frame and 0.6 mm PVC-coated galvanised steel cladding.

Dimensions

Bespoke overall doorset dimensions, including the frame: 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm, in 10 mm increments. Exact specifications are agreed when preparing your quote.

The configuration, handing and hardware are specified for your chosen door.

Design and glazing

LABEL BLACK STR is a black 2 mm decorative panel; LABEL INOX is a 2 mm panel in an INOX finish; LABEL DIAMOND GLASS is a decorative glazed finish. The design window shows only combinations illustrated by the manufacturer.

Additional options

THERMO HOT comes with an aluminium frame; for THERMO 78 and THERMO 64, the catalogue lists an aluminium frame as an option. Pull handles, lever handles, lock cylinders and the precise specification are confirmed in your quote.

The Ud value depends on the chosen construction. Your adviser will confirm the final door performance, dimensions and specification in your quote.
