The insulated door leaf is clad in galvanised steel with a PVC coating and fitted with an insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is optional for THERMO 64/78. Four designs feature vertical glazing, a choice of finishes and two decorative trim options: LABEL BLACK or LABEL INOX.

Construction and thermal insulation

THERMO HOT 88 — 88 mm door leaf, Ud from 0.60 W/(m²·K). THERMO HOT 78 — 78 mm door leaf, Ud from 0.63 W/(m²·K). THERMO 78 — 78 mm door leaf, Ud from 0.64 W/(m²·K). THERMO 64 — 64 mm door leaf, Ud from 0.77 W/(m²·K).

Door leaf construction

The door leaf has PUR insulation, a weather-resistant composite core frame and 0.6 mm galvanised steel cladding with a PVC coating.

Dimensions

Made-to-measure dimensions including the frame: 770–1210 × 1800–2480 mm, in 10 mm increments. Exact dimensions are agreed when preparing your quotation.

Opening direction and specification

The exact specification, including lever handles, pull handles and lock cylinders, is confirmed for your chosen door.

Design and glazing

LABEL BLACK is a black 2 mm decorative trim; LABEL INOX is a 2 mm trim with an INOX finish. The catalogue lists glazing surcharges for FRYBURG 3–6. The design window shows the documented combinations.

Additional options

An aluminium frame is available for THERMO 78 and THERMO 64. Availability of a drip bar is confirmed for your chosen door.

The Ud value depends on the construction selected. Your adviser will confirm the final door performance, dimensions and specification in the quotation.
