The insulated door leaf has galvanised steel cladding with a PVC coating and a thermally insulated aluminium threshold. An aluminium frame is included with THERMO HOT 78/88 and is available as an option for THERMO 64/78. Choose from 14 designs, each shown in 18 manufacturer finish combinations. ALTA is an unglazed collection.

Technical information

Construction and thermal insulation

The door leaf is filled with polyurethane foam (PUR). Its internal frame is made from a specialist composite resistant to adverse weather conditions. Four constructions are available: THERMO HOT 88 — Ud 0.60 W/(m²·K), THERMO HOT 78 — 0.63 W/(m²·K), THERMO 78 — 0.64 W/(m²·K) and THERMO 64 — 0.77 W/(m²·K). The respective door leaf thicknesses are 88, 78, 78 and 64 mm.

Dimensions

Made-to-measure doorset dimensions, including the frame: width 770–1210 mm and height 1800–2480 mm, in 10 mm increments. Door leaf widths are available in sizes 80N, 80, 90N, 90 and 100, or made to measure.

Opening and specification

Standard specification: 3 adjustable 3D hinges with covers, 4 anti-lift bolts, a multipoint lock with three-point locking and thermally insulating covers.

Design and finishes

LABEL BLACK STR is a 2 mm decorative panel painted black; LABEL INOX is a 2 mm decorative panel with an INOX finish. Unglazed collection.

Additional options

Options include an aluminium or steel frame, dual-colour finishes, non-standard dimensions and a thermally insulated aluminium threshold.

The stated Ud value relates to the specified construction: THERMO HOT 88 / 78, THERMO 78 or THERMO 64. Final dimensions, handing and specification are confirmed in your quote.
