PENOSIL Premium FireRated Gunfoam Professional fire fighting foam

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Professional fire-resistant foam with low post-expansion for demanding users. Fire resistance tested according to European standard EN 1366-4 and reaction to fire according to DIN 4102-1. Fire resistance classified according to EN 13501-2.

 

TIPS
  • A pre-moistened surface ensures faster curing of the foam and better results.
  • At low temperatures, the foam should be warmed before starting work. The temperature of the room where warming occurs or the water used for warming must not exceed +30 °C.
  • Air temperature during application should be between +5 °C and +30 °C, with best results at +20 °C.
  • Can temperature during application should be between +10 °C and +25 °C, with best results at +20 °C.
  • Surfaces must be cleaned of dust, oil, and loose particles.
LIMITATIONS
  • Cured foam is sensitive to ultraviolet radiation and must be covered.
  • Do not use on surfaces in constant contact with water.
  • Insulation foam does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), fluoroplastic (Teflon®), or silicone surfaces.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Hold the foam can in a vertical position and rotate the gun while holding the gun handle with one hand and the can with the other. Make sure the gun is not pointed at people when you rotate it. Do not attach (screw) the can to the gun with the valve upside down, and do not screw the gun onto the can in that manner. After attaching to the gun, shake the can thoroughly at least 20 times and turn it to the position for product application.
Foam output can be adjusted using the gun trigger.
