PF152 ESG Procural
PF152 ESG Procural
Aluminium mullion-transom facade system with structural glazing · Procural
PF152 ESG Procural is a 152 mm deep aluminium mullion-transom facade system that supports both classic glazing with external pressure plates and structural ESG glazing with no visible profiles on the outside. The heat transfer coefficient of the assembled facade, Ucw, starts from 1.1 W/(m²·K) — the system is designed for curtain wall facades on office, retail and residential properties where a large glazed area, aesthetics and reliable thermal insulation matter.
The profile is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium alloy and allows the facade to be built from mullions and transoms with any spacing suited to a specific project. In the structural ESG version, the glazing unit is bonded to the profile with silicone sealant instead of external pressure plates, creating a continuous glazed facade surface with minimal visible profile lines.
Logi24 designs, manufactures and installs PF152 ESG Procural facade systems at its own production facility in Riga, with delivery and installation across Latvia and Europe.

Structural glazing hides the pressure plates on the outside, creating the effect of a single glass surface on the facade with no visible profile grid.
Custom profile spacing allows the facade to be built to almost any geometry and area for a specific architectural project.
Tilt-and-turn windows and hinged Procural doors can be built into the facade plane while preserving a unified curtain wall appearance.
The profile's thermal break and a high-quality glazing unit deliver Ucw from 1.1 W/(m²·K), making the system suitable for heated buildings.
Qualicoat powder coating protects the profile from corrosion and colour fading under constant exposure to precipitation, salt and UV radiation.

Installation. Logi24 handles the full work cycle — from joint design and structural calculation to final on-site installation. The installation team fits the mullions, transoms and glazing while meeting the requirements for wind load and the water- and airtightness of the joints, preserving the facade's stated thermal performance. Manufacturing and installation times depend on the facade area, the complexity of the geometry and the type of glazing, and are calculated individually by the manager when placing the order.
Delivery. Logi24's production facility and office are located in Riga, Latvia. From here we deliver and install PF152 ESG Procural facade systems in Riga and across Latvia, and we also arrange delivery for projects elsewhere in Europe. Large-format facade structures are delivered and installed with dedicated logistics and lifting equipment. Timelines and logistics costs are calculated individually depending on the property's location and height.
Warranty. Logi24 provides a 2-year warranty on installation work and 5 years on the completed facade structure. The Procural PF152 profile carries a manufacturer's warranty of up to 30 years; the exact term is confirmed by the manager when placing the order.
The entire cycle — from design and structural calculation to installation — is handled by one team, with no subcontractors.
Short lead times for approvals and site visits across the whole country.
We deliver and install PF152 ESG Procural facade systems outside Latvia as well.

What is PF152 ESG Procural? It is a 152 mm deep aluminium mullion-transom facade system that supports both classic glazing with external pressure plates and structural ESG glazing with no visible profiles on the outside. The system is designed for curtain wall facades on private and commercial properties.
-
What does ESG mean in the system name?ESG refers to structural glazing technology, in which the glazing unit is bonded to the profile with structural silicone sealant instead of external pressure plates, creating a continuous glazed facade surface with no visible profile grid from the outside.
-
What is the heat transfer coefficient of the profile and of the assembled facade? The profile's heat transfer coefficient Uf starts from 1.4 W/(m²·K), and the assembled facade's Ucw is from 1.1 W/(m²·K). The exact value depends on the mullion and transom spacing, the type of glazing, and the glazed module area of the specific project.
-
How does structural ESG glazing differ from classic pressure-plate glazing? In the classic version, the glazing unit is held in place from the outside by aluminium pressure plates, which form a visible grid on the facade. In the structural ESG version there are no pressure plates — the glazing unit is bonded to the profile with silicone sealant, giving a lighter, more uniform facade appearance at an additional cost and with more complex installation.
-
Can operable windows and doors be integrated into a PF152 ESG facade?Yes, tilt-and-turn and hinged elements based on Procural window and door systems can be integrated into the facade plane, while keeping the same overall curtain wall appearance as the fixed glazing.
-
What properties is PF152 ESG suitable for?The system suits curtain wall glazing for office and shopping centers, entrance areas of commercial buildings, apartment building facades, and large-format winter gardens, where a large glazed area and high wind load resistance matter.
-
How much does the PF152 ESG Procural facade system cost? The cost is calculated per square metre of facade and depends on the mullion and transom spacing, the type of glazing (classic or structural ESG), the integration of operable elements, and the scope of the project. Submit a request with your facade's parameters and we will prepare an individual quote.
-
How long does facade manufacturing and installation take?Manufacturing and installation time depends on the facade area, the complexity of the geometry, the type of glazing, and the current production workload, and is confirmed by the manager when placing the order. Large-format projects with structural glazing typically take longer than standard windows and doors.
-
Does Logi24 install facades?Yes, Logi24 handles the full cycle — joint design, manufacturing and installation with its own team in Riga and across Latvia, as well as delivery and installation across Europe for suitable projects.
-
How do I place an order for the PF152 ESG Procural facade system?Submit a request on the website or contact a Logi24 manager — a specialist will confirm your facade's parameters, help you choose the glazing type, and prepare an individual quote for cost and manufacturing time.
In short: PF152 ESG Procural is a 152 mm deep aluminium mullion-transom facade system from manufacturer Procural that supports classic pressure-plate glazing and structural (ESG) glazing. The profile's heat transfer coefficient Uf starts from 1.4 W/(m²·K), and the assembled facade's coefficient Ucw is from 1.1 W/(m²·K). In Latvia, facades based on this system are designed, manufactured and installed by Logi24, which is based in Riga.
The system follows a mullion-transom principle: a load-bearing frame of vertical mullions and horizontal transoms with custom spacing is filled with glazing units or opaque sandwich panels. This allows a curtain wall facade of almost any area and geometry to be built for a specific architectural project, including integrated tilt-and-turn windows and hinged doors.
The ESG designation in the system name refers to structural glazing technology: the glazing unit is bonded to the profile with silicone sealant instead of external pressure plates, creating a continuous glazed facade surface with no visible profile grid from the outside. Classic pressure-plate glazing with visible plates is also available as a more cost-effective alternative.
The PF152 Procural profile is made from EN AW-6060 aluminium alloy in T66 temper. Air permeability, watertightness and wind load class are determined by an individual joint calculation based on the specific building's parameters and regional regulations. The system is used for curtain wall glazing of office and shopping centres, entrance areas of commercial buildings, apartment building facades, and large-format winter gardens.
Logi24 designs, manufactures and installs PF152 ESG Procural facade systems at its own production facility in Riga, Latvia, and delivers and installs them across Latvia and Europe.
